Job Description:
We are currently looking for an organized, energetic, creative and focused individual to join theRCM training team full time.

Major Duties and Responsibilities::
  • Work with multiple individuals and departments to write standardized processes
  • Create training modules using PowerPoint
  • Schedule and conduct training sessions through webinars
  • Provide RCM training and support wherever needed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Minor Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in team and company meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality of Smile Doctors systems and processes
  • Read and understand the weekly RockStar Report
  • Complete and maintain training through Smile Doctors University
  • Assist other RCM teams as needed
Qualifications:
  • High School degree required; Associates degree preferred
  • Some overnight travel may be required

  • Proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Power Point

This position is work from home, could be any location in US.
