Smile Doctors is looking for a Recruiting Leader to manage the full cycle recruiting efforts for our fast-growing organization! As a Leader, you will play a pivotal role in finding the right Team Members for all aspects of our organization. You will drive the strategic direction of our recruiting efforts across the organization while also supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. We have a strong culture and team environment and our looking for high energy, passionate Recruiter to make an impact to our organization!

Recruiting Lead Responsibilities
  • Lead full cycle recruitment process for all positions across the organization
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for clinical and support positions
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Participate in industry events, job fairs, associations and active networking to develop Smile Doctors employment brand and create proactive candidate pipeline
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System
  • Make recommendations to leadership based on recruiting data metrics to address staffing deficiencies and forecast staffing needs
  • Partner with Leaders to draft and refine job descriptions and to identify core competencies for key roles
  • Ensure overall positive candidate experience by establishing good rapport from initial phone screen through entire process and keeping candidates informed
  • Stay abreast of top recruitment market trends particularly as they relate to orthodontic clinics within the field of community health and wellness
  • Ability to handle a diverse workload with a tight time frame
  • Participate in daily huddles
  • Complete all self-education through Smile Doctors University
  • Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
  • 5-7 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.
  • Previous experience working with ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems), Ceridian Dayforce a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and competing demands. Must be extremely adaptable and flexible.
